My professional project at Bharlev

From delicatessens to luxury hotels and the most renowned caterers, Bharlev has built a reputation for us thanks to exceptional quality and service. The production site is at the forefront of the latest agro-food technologies, making it possible to combine both high taste quality and a comfortable lifespan of their products.

Bharlev has been established and recognized in its sector for many years, but, working particularly with B2B customers, has not deployed any channel of digital communication. So I had to approach my missions at bharlev from a multidisciplinary angle in the digital professions, as a Developer, graphic designer and community manager. They were looking for an apprentice able to carry out several projects, mainly focused on communication and the development of their digital communications. My mission was to produce attractive content (textual, visual and video) for all communication related to the image of the Bharlev brand, to communicate through social media accounts, to participate in events to strengthen the community and boost brand awareness. I have also implemented social media and communication campaigns to align with the company's marketing strategies. And finally, implement the redesign of the website by adding a modern and ergonomic design, as well as interpretation of traffic and online customer engagement metrics.

I encountered a lot of difficulties in changing habits and the perception of things, to get my ideas accepted beacause I was unfamiliar with the food industry and their standards. So, my graphic creations had to respect the visual specifications of the company and also these agri-food standards. But I think that's what I like deep down, Succeeding in changing the perception through my work. I like to multitask, to discover the profession and not get stuck on a single mission. These various missions carried out and the difficulties encountered allowed me to become a real "digital Swiss Knife".
